Fiorentina sign Tariq Lamptey from Brighton in €6M deal

Italian Serie A club Fiorentina have completed the signing of Ghana international Tariq Lamptey from Brighton & Hove Albion in a deal reportedly worth €6 million, including performance-related add-ons.
